This policy covers cairnvia.com, the website of Cairnvia, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in St. Louis, Missouri. It explains what the site collects, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

What you send through the contact form. Your name, email address, practice or organization if you give one, and your message.

Ordinary website information. Our hosting provider records standard request details, such as the page requested, the time, and the browser and network it came from. They are used to keep the site running and secure, not to identify you.

Please do not send patient information

The contact form is for general questions about Cairnvia. Do not include protected health information or any details about a patient. The website is not designed to receive it, and any you send will not be used.

How we use it

To read and answer your message. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Who else sees it

Service providers that run the site. The website is hosted on Vercel. Contact form messages are delivered by email through Resend. Site usage is measured with Google Analytics. These providers process the information only to provide their service to us.

Where the law requires it. If a lawful order or legal requirement compels disclosure, we will comply.

How long it is kept

The website does not store contact form messages. Each message is delivered by email to the founders and kept only as long as it is useful for answering you and for our ordinary business records.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies. It records how the site is used: which pages are read, how a visitor arrived, roughly where in the world they are, and what kind of device they use. It is aggregate traffic measurement, not a profile of you.

Nothing you type into the contact form is sent to Google. Form messages go only to the founders, as described above. The site uses no advertising trackers.

You can turn analytics off by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to us through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is intended for physicians, practices and business contacts. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions about it are welcome through the contact form.
